Keep Off unhealthful foods, such as junk foods, alcoholic beverage, and carbonated drinks, since they simply contribute empty calories without the much needed nutrients for your pregnancy. Also, these foods aggravate bloating during pregnancy, so it is advisable to steer clear of these foods while pregnant. Also, alcohol can cause foetal alcohol syndrome to your growing baby. You would not want to leave your child a disease just because of your own carelessness.
